How do I add a custom text message in Manage Messaging?

 
  1. Choose Employees from the navigation list.
  2. Select the employee you wish to work with from the list.
  3. Choose Manage Employee.  From the drop down menu select Manage Messaging.
  4. Select your desired Messaging Type. If you choose Messages By In/Out Punches the Message Manager button will display when you change In/Out Punches to either Show Message or Show Message and Play Sound. If you choose Messages By Time Ranges the Message Manager button will display if you press the + button.
  5. Select the + button to add a new text message.
  6. Type in your desired custom message text.
  7. Once complete select Save and Exit.
  8. Your custom text message will now be available to select.
